STEP 01

WOOD SELECTION & PREPARATION

Suitable wood is selected, checked for moisture, cut and prepared for the approved table design.

STEP 02

MOULD MAKING & WOOD LAYOUT

The mould is prepared around the table dimensions, then the wood and pouring boundaries are positioned and checked.

STEP 03

RESIN COLOR & POURING

Resin is prepared to the selected clear, smoke, deep-color or custom direction and poured in controlled layers.

STEP 04

CURING & STABILIZATION

The resin and wood complete the curing stage, followed by demoulding and a preliminary stability and surface check.

STEP 05

CNC MACHINING & SANDING

Where required by the approved design, the top is levelled, sized and edged before multi-stage sanding for a clean touch.

STEP 06

POLISH, INSPECT & PACK

Surface finishing, dimensional checks and detail review are completed before protective packing and delivery preparation.
